WRITING
We create persuasive and data-driven grant proposals that will position your organization for success. We know what funders want, and we will work with you to craft a compelling case for your project or program. We prepare proposals for foundations (private, corporate and family) and government agencies (county, state and federal). To date, we have successfully won over $4.5 million in grants for our clients. Our success is not just measured in dollars secured but in the tangible impact these funds have had on the diverse array of non-profits we support.

MANAGEMENT
Grants are essentially contracts. And if this contract stipulates the grant agreement – or the intended use of funds, implementation procedures, reporting requirements, and timelines – then grant management ensures that all parties follow-through on these conditions.
When you have won a grant, we help you to effectively allocate funds to meaningful projects.
